There was an alarm going off somewhere in the building for what felt like half the night.. urgh. Felt like I'd just gone to bed when I woke up. This may be a long day...
Yesterday was the first day for quite some time that I didn't watch or listen to the news. I suspect I didn't miss much, apart from stressing over things that are way outside of my control. Of course we have to be aware of what's going on -what you don't know can do you harm, but it is good to switch off the stream for a little bit once in a while.
