Day had started beautiful, bright and sunny but has now reverted to previous semi-winter state. One lesson done (![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif){kind=small}
maxvon_d in town), three more later on. A couple of hours free in the meantime, had been wondering whether to go to gym/swim or to wander around some part of town I don't often go to, or even just the park. The weather seems to have made the decision for me, but still not sure.
Flash backs of rainy days like this when I was a kid, in my dad's car, mostly waiting while he went on mysterious errands, sometimes coming back with Italian sugar glazed almonds or something like that, but most of the time me just sitting there in the car, watching the rain streaming down the windscreen and the passing cars raising puddles into the air with a big splash... sometimes a sun beam breaking through and making the water drops and puddles sparkle...

Went to Gotham lite last night, late-late so I only caught the last of the bands. If that's anything to go by, I didn't miss much. Well, I don't really know how well or bad they played as the sound was terrible, completely saturated and mostly rumbling and white noise. Had a very good night otherwise, catching up with various peeps there. I'd been to the Dev earlier... place was empty and I didn't know anyone. At least it didn't smell as it had on previous occasions.
Today will be fairly busy and needing a lot of caffeine...
Week-end was very good, Friday I went to Inferno; danced a lot, the usual. On Saturday went to
irisetta's dinner party, which was excellent. Felt a bit rude to finish eating and leave, but also wanted to go to the Seven Deadly Sins multiple birthday party, which was a blast.Pictures of both events will follow.
