was an interesting evening, in addition to meeting you, with friends from different worlds, as it were, turning out to have known each other for as long as i had known them
have they re-instated the bullet-proof glass yet?:)
Glasgow's good, sadly bloody hot just like everywhere else though :( Not sure when we'll be back yet, did we mention Lindsay (gemlins) was awaiting a call last week about a job? Well, anyway, she got a call Friday eventually, and got a job!! Which she starts tomorrow, so we might be back sooner than we thought we would at least. I found it a very multi-national evening, what with yourself, Lindsay (scottish), a french guy I don't recall the name of, and an Australian guy earlier when we first arrived. Very enjoyable too. *lol*

and that's not all, the guy he was with, John, is Canadian; there were a couple of Italians, French and South-Africans around
and of course there was the only Venezuelan for many miles around.....
