First Utility yet again. Made the transfer to the Cooperative Energy and.. they have come back to me saying that there are no gas meter details for my flat in the national meter database. What a surprise. First Utility's incompetence breaks all records yet again. Great. And trying to log into the F:U web site gives me an error message to the tune that I 'do not have to have any active services' with them, so they have already promptly deleted me from their system. This only bodes ill, more hassle coming from this.... good morning, world!
