Robots conversation ends in argument between them

It's kind of a relief, in a way. Proto-cylons don't see eye to eye amongst themselves. There may be many copies, but they do not have a plan. The Earth is safe from a killer robot invasion for now. Zombie apocalypses might be another matter.

Of course, the fucking idiots at BBC News can't be bothered to research this for even 5 seconds - making chatbots talk to each other is described in numerous places - notably in Peter van der Linden's 1994 book "Expert C Programming" as a bit of light relief. It wasn't considered new even back then.
