DW, LJ

 Not sure anymore why I keep two on line journals like this, one here and one in Livejournal -worse, I have a third livejournal in Spanish....  I started this DW one as a sort of back-up for livejournal at the point when things were taking a sort of unpleasant turn in LJ.  Not sure they have taken any turn for the better! but up to a point, you have to live with these things -or indeed move away from them. Lj evil is nothing compared to Facebook evil -and Facebook seems to encourage a sort of shallow, superficial level of communication that leaves  the old LJ memes. standing. And yet it has its uses and can be very useful. That, alas, is the conundrum of modern life.  With every step forward we gain much, we lose much and moving back becomes more and more just an illusion...

I was wondering whether to differentiate this DW and my LJ in some way, but maybe this would just be another 'thing to do', one more little thing calling for my time and my energy at a point when I feel I have so little of either....
