the rain

Apparently it rained last night. I only know from reading peeps' journals and because it is still very hot but it is also very humid now.

Was there going to be a water fight in Clissold Park today? Might go to that .. in the meantime, more teaching and meeting silkyfish and possibly Jaqui (friend from South Africa) for lunch here in Camden. Quite possibly Slimy place tonight, since Jaqui wants to go there. What's everyone up to?

Yes - it did. At about 4.30am. It rained hard for all of about half an hour and was then drizzly for a bit.

Rather later than the 1am promised by the weather .

It looks like it might rain any time soon, which means, I s'pose, those picnics I heard about (well, one) have a big question mark on them...
