Oh god I agonise over what to put on myspace/lj/whatever. On the one hand you want to meet people with similar interests to you but on the other, you're publishing. On the world wide web. Anyone can fucking see you, and those with the knowledge can go past your username to find your real name and hence find out all that stuff you wouldn't necessarily tell people like your boss. Particularly problematic on the sexual preference side but I suppose all those political opinions we express are also traceable. Constantly amazes me when people publish stuff about illegal activities online tho. And when they mention specific clubs I get really angry.
