Back from walking along the South Bank and watching bits of the Thames festival. Very small bits, a few music acts (apart from the ever-present unavoidable buskers, that is, about whom I should not complain as I was one of their number twenty years ago). Had fun in a cheap and easy sort of way, walked from Embankment to London Bridge and then made my way here in an overcrowded tube train full of screaming teen-age Italian girls.The latter bit was a little less fun.
