Finally home and finally nothing else to do. Getting up those only two days a week at 5:30 is getting more difficult as I'm getting older. Then when I finish school I have to rush back for lessons -one less today, having had one cancellation. Then rush back for a meeting at the Forum across the road where they try to explain to the local residents that they are really trying to keep the noise and disturbance and various inconveniences -the parking issues, the noise, the ticket touts annoyingly clogging up the exits from the Tube- down to reasonable levels, whatever those might be. Then I arrive back home and the phone rings. A friend needs, what to call it, IT help. And I'm her IT help-desk. So I spend the next 45 min walking her through various things to troubleshoot the problem and finally sort it out when I'm at the end of my tether (and, consequently, keep making annoying mistakes) and can sit down to a light dinner of baba ganough and tabouleh and Åttenborough doing the voice over for some apes and frogs getting very wet in the rain somewhere in Africa and eventually getting eaten by something else in the rainforest of Africa in a flurry of pretty pictures on the box...
