public housing..

Right. lovelybug's birthday and mine both fall on July 14th. She wants a joint celebration, which I would also like. She's thinking of a pub drinks before Reptile and has put an event in FB accordingly but we haven't decided on a pub yet.. that is, a pub that is central, easily accessible, won't charge and won't be rammed packed on a Saturday in July? It does sound like fairy gold or something.

Have any of you any recommendations about a possible suitable pub? Pretty please?:)

I'm still considering whether still to go with the traditional flavbirthdaydinner in a slightly reduced manner on the Friday before (ooh, Friday the 13th), as I already have had quite a few declines for the joint event from people I would love to see. Apart from djpsyche who has expressed already her joy at not going to Bin Tang:P (although I'd still love to see her at either:)
