Nah, it was 29 degrees there every day, but it most certainly didn’t feel like this...

(the worst bit is that it feels really stupid to complain about the heat when, in four months’ time....)

Hope it’s being very good!

Today has been very slow, I must have slept fourteen hours since last night. Well, not quite ‘slept’, as I kept waking up in sweat all night. I’m drained, tired, itchy and restless. It’s partly the heat. You wait ten months for a nice warm spell and then you get a year’s worth of it in a few days. I do seem to have caught something, though, which is a bit inconvenient.

Time for another shower.
