I don't seem to be getting anywhere much yet with the flat part-buying thing. Red tape and forms baffle me, they never seem to apply to my circumstance. And the people concerned with all this don't seem to know what to do with me either. It may well be a wild goose chase but I'm going to give it my darnedest. If that's a word.
