And all is very very quiet.

First of all, Happy Birthday, arkady !!!

Will try and show up at Pembury later to say Happy Birthday in person
(although I must say, I’ve not felt very comfortable in that place when I’ve been before..)

Otherwise, it should be a quiet day, apart from much tension in the air for me here, I feel a little bit under siege. Waiting for things to unfold..

As it happens, Arkady and her party had been there earlier... but had left by the time I arrived.. so I went to another birthday celebration at a Moroccan restaurant near Leicester Sq Station. Lovely evening, if perhaps a little bit more money than I was planning to spend.
