My main objection, similarly, was that the message was rather twee and silly looking. I cannot see how it could have been otherwise, but that raises the inevitable question... what's the point in doing it.

I actually didn't know about the anti-Atheist propaganda you mention, but in that case can I be a little smug and happy about living in this island and not in the land of the free....

It's not the nice juicy sexy hellpanic messages I object to so much, that's kind of fun. It's more the constant implication that if you don't go to church it's because you're a bit of a thicko and it hasn't occurred to you--the self-congratulatory stuff...

Anyway, yeah, I hope the message gets plenty of publicity because it's at least giving the whole subject a good airing.
