David I know (of course). I never knew Russell's name. There's lots of people (and there are lots of them in these pictures) that I have seen around for years but whose names I don't know, or I have only heard the once in the middle of a wall of noise at the Slimelight or some such....

... so, any other names you can help me with? (i'm not being funny, it'd be really helpful)
