Ok, so I badly underestimated, not knowing about those things, what factor sun-blocker I would need yesterday (there is also the fact that I grew up in beaches like this in the same part of the world never needing or using anything like sun-blocking creams -but that was a long time ago, before spending twenty years in the Grey Misty Islands). My legs, particularly, are burnt to cinders and hurt like hell and I have to walk in tentative steps, like a live preview of life at 95 years of age or something....

(can't spend the day in bed either, have an awful lot to do today...)
