The clinic reception at the UCLH dental hospital near Kings Cross. It looks like I'll be here for the rest of the day, being sent to various tests and then to come back and sit again in wait in this room that has a certain moth-eaten, gloomy Kafkian something to it...

Been there, had the cake - I am surprised your appointment was so late... I have spent a whole day (or rather days) in that place... impossible to forget. Hope it was worthwhile!

Hm, I don't know. Essentially I was told I have a very serious problem and may very well lose a lot of my back teeth. Kind of knew but I was there because there was a tiny hope something else could be done....
