Still on the roller-coaster. Now it looks quite positive, but I'm expecting a bad turn any moment now. We'll see.
One of the most hectic days I've had for quite a while, dealing with solicitors, flatpeople (a bit two dimensional, these) and mortgage brokers all day, plus a busy few lessons. One or two good things, though-but not ascribing the now hopeful situation with the flat in that category as it's all happened before and may happen again. Two new pupils, one of whom is a friend; interesting and potentially very rewarding lessons, in very different ways. This is good, it reminds me why I'm doing this for a living and not trying any of a number of things that would, in all probability, bring in more money.
