Still in sunny Alicante. Went to Valencia yesterday, to meet an old friend of mine, a Venezuelan painter who lives there. Valencia is a beautiful city, or at least the old town centre is. There´ll be pictures when I return to having more regular access to internet.

On other news, there´s that business of St Valentine´s day. Hm. Happy VD everybody. chris_damage has something to say about that Valentine chap.

[ Edit ] sori, hadn't noticed Chris's was a protected entry. The point about St Val was, he was first beaten with clubs and stoned, then beheaded by the Romans. He was, in addition to what we know, the patron saint of Epilepsy and Plague.
